Street Talk Ministries, at the present time, currently targets its ministry to the streets of the near South Side of Milwaukee WI. The core of our Street Ministry time is currently done on Friday nights—in what many people would describe as some of the toughest neighborhoods in the city. Our ministry purpose is to bring a message of hope and change through the love and compassion of Jesus Christ—and to make a positive change in our neighborhoods one block at a time. Change is being seen and community leaders are now taking notice as to what is happening, including local officials, Judges, District Attorneys, Law Enforcement, and the News Media - all of whom have come out with Street Talk Ministries on Friday Nights to see what is happening - because the Word is getting out! Ministries across the nation are also contacting Street Talk Ministries to find out how they too can start similar programs in their area. Street Talk Ministries participates in several other community events such as Block Parties, Neighborhood Watches, Parades, Food Drives etc. Street Talk Ministries also partners with other Churches, local Ministries and Christian organizations to advance the Gospel to the Streets of Milwaukee in an effort to bring “Unity In The Community”.
To find out about how your Church, Ministry, or organization can partner with Street Talk Ministries, or for more information - please email us. |
